YOU ARE ACCEPTING ALL MY TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SERVICE BY COMMISSIONING ME

• Commissions are not first come first serve.
• Please don't rush the process , I don't have a time limit.
• Payment is upfront via PayPal or KoFi invoice in USD.
• I don't accept payments in crypto or similar.
• I won't start working until full payment is done.
• My prices are non-negotiable.
• I won't make a refund once I started the commission.
• I will only make a refund if I decide to cancel or if I can't complete your commission.
• Please don't decide to cancel the commission on your own without telling me first.
• I retain the copyright to all commissioned work.
• Please don't copy, redistribute , trace , edit my work.
• I reserve the right to decline or cancel the commission at any time.
• I reserve the right to post the commissions on my portfolio ,self-promote related and socials.
• I only accept 3 changes in sketch process.
• I don't accept to make changes to finished artworks.
• I only work with my drawing style I don't copy or work with other artists styles.
• I won't take any responsibility for mistakes that may occur because of lack of references or bad/poor descriptions for your commission (or outdated ones).
• You are allowed to publish your commission in your socials as long as you credit me.
• I'm not interested in NFT or AI
software related, those purposes are strictly prohibited.
• You can't reproduce it or make any profit of my artworks.
• If you are looking for comercial use, please contact me first.
• I only accept to make provocative/nsfw or soft-gore commissions for people +18 years old
• I don't accept making commissions that incite any type of real and serious abuse/offense
• You are paying for digital product.
• By commissioning me you will get a digital drawing (.png file).
• Finished commissions can be emailed if you prefer.
• You can ask not to publish a commission if you prefer it private.
